Sommelier "Coffee" services available: Let us select a Coffee for you, set your machine with the proper grind, and then supply the machine to you with a pound (or more if needed) of whole bean coffee ready for you to make your own "espresso - perfecto" for yourself and your guests. No more embarrassment or frustration from not knowing what coffee to use or how to set the grind on the machine. We interview you to determine your taste's and then select a roast and blend from Long Bottom Coffee company that will fill your needs. We test run and adjust the machine for you. This service is only available with new machine purchases.
